  • Which marine services do you provide?
    Hull and machinery surveys, marine cargo surveys, project and heavy-lift cargo, pre-insurance and risk surveys, marine insurance and P&I claims, marine technical advisory, yacht and boat inspection, material procurement, and customs clearance.
    How do I request a survey?
    Contact our team with the vessel or cargo details, the port or berth, and the type of survey required. We analyse the request and assign the surveyor whose specialisation fits the asset.
    Which types of vessels and assets do you survey?
    Commercial vessels, project and heavy-lift cargo, marine facilities, fishing boats, leisure craft and yachts — covering hull and machinery, cargo condition and pre-insurance risk assessment.
    Do you help with regulatory compliance?
    Yes. Our technical advisory service reviews safety management and compliance against IMO, SOLAS and classification society requirements, and prepares the technical studies that support approval.
    Can you survey a single item or consignment?
    Yes. Scope is set by the client — a single container, one machinery item, a full vessel condition survey, or an entire project consignment.
  • How quickly do you attend and report?
    Attendance is arranged around the vessel's schedule. Reporting turnaround depends on the scope, and we use modern reporting tools to return accurate results within the timeframe your decision requires.
    Can the vessel continue operations during a survey?
    In most cases, yes. Surveys are planned around cargo and port operations so that attendance causes the least possible disruption to the schedule.
    How is evidence recorded on site?
    Findings are logged with complete photo-documentation and evidence records, so every statement in the report is traceable to what was observed.
    Will I be updated during the attendance?
    Yes. We keep the client informed during attendance and flag material findings immediately rather than holding them until the report is issued.
    What does the survey report contain?
    An image-supported technical report setting out the condition of the asset, the risks identified, and clear recommendations that can be acted on.
  • How is a survey priced?
    Pricing depends on the scope, the location of attendance and the asset type. We provide a clear quotation before any attendance is arranged.
    Do you provide a quotation before attending?
    Yes. Every engagement begins with a written scope and quotation, so the commercial terms are agreed before the surveyor is dispatched.
    Are your reports accepted by insurers and P&I Clubs?
    Yes. Our independent technical investigations and loss adjustments are prepared for submission to P&I Clubs and insurance companies, following the international maritime standards issued by the IMO and the classification societies.
    Are you independent of the parties involved?
    Yes. We hold no commercial interest in the outcome of a survey. Findings are reported on technical evidence alone, which is what makes them usable by owners, insurers and claimants alike.
    Where do you operate?
    We cover the major ports and marine sites across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with mobile teams attending at ports, dry docks and private moorings.
