A Clear Path From Request to Follow-up
A structured route from the initial request through to follow-up, designed so that the findings are accurate, independent and usable by every party that relies on them.
01
Scope Definition
We receive the request with the vessel or consignment details, the port or berth, and what the client needs established. The requirement is analysed, the correct survey type confirmed, and the surveyor whose specialisation matches the asset is assigned.
- Requirement and asset details reviewed
- Survey type and scope agreed in writing
- Specialist surveyor assigned
- Written quotation issued before attendance
02
On-Site Inspection
Our surveyor attends the vessel, cargo or craft at the port, dry dock or mooring. The inspection is carried out systematically against the applicable standard, and everything observed is logged with photographic evidence at the time it is seen.
- Attendance planned around port and cargo operations
- Systematic inspection against the applicable standard
- Complete photo-documentation and evidence logging
- Material findings flagged to the client immediately
03
Technical Reporting
Findings are set out objectively: the condition of the asset, the risks identified, and the recommendations that follow from them. Reports are written to the standard expected by owners, insurers, P&I Clubs and the relevant authorities.
- Objective statement of condition and cause
- Risk assessment with supporting evidence
- Clear, actionable recommendations
- Format accepted by insurers and P&I Clubs
04
Follow-up & Advisory
The engagement does not end with the report. We remain available to explain findings, support the client through the compliance or claims process that follows, and advise on the technical work needed to close any gap identified.
- Findings explained to all parties involved
- Support through claims or compliance follow-up
- Advice on remedial and corrective work
- Continued availability for related queries
